Bad customer service .

I went to the store in Elim Hubyeni mall two weeks ago and found a computer stand when I wanted to buy the manager said it was bought. I returned again on the 15th April to find the table still on the floor. When I said I want the manager Cedrick refused. He said it's available in Tzaneen and he can't request for the table for me from Tzaneen it will cost his branch's profit. When he called Polokwane they said it was bought already. When asked to call a branch and find out if the stock is available he said I am ordering him around.

Why display if it's sold.
