Bad customer service

Improper communication, no delivery, empty promises after receiving payment. I bought bed at Russell Furniture shop in maitland street Bloemfontein on the 8th of August 2020, I don’t get communication if I don’t call. I’m told the bed will only be delivered on Friday. I want my money or bed today 19th August 2020.
