Bad Customer Service

Hi There, I was at one of your branches in Kwa- Thema Square. I was applying for a LayBye for one of your bedroom suits. There was a Lady by the name of Noma. A very unprofessional and very rude young lady. She was chewing chappies, she was not helpful and she did not even know how to type an Email address. Fortunately there is a gentleman that I have been dealing with previously and his name is Sizwe, he was able to assist me in a professional manner, he was very helpful and quick to assist. The other lady Noma needs to be addressed she does not deserve to be sitting on that chair.
