BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a kitchen unit and a stove from Russels in Vanderbijlpark cash,and then I cancelled the purchase for the stove I then went to the same branch to cancel and get my money back.The stove was R3999 I was advised my refund would take 5to 7working days.well the lady who assisted me is Maria van der Merwe.I have been calling the store none stop to find out as to when will my money be refunded to me but no one seem to know who or where to ask.I am very unhappy customer.
