Bad customer service

I bought a bedroom set at Russell's but the quality has been faulty brought another one and had to take it back the same day as that one was even worse. I am now awaiting 3 months to have them pick up and deliver a new set even went and choose another bedroom set as we thought it's problem with the manufacturer, Russell's Boksburg is giving the blame to the company responsible for delivering their stock, is this not their responsibility to follow up with the company? Now I must call them? I even asked them for my money back until this day nothing, really don't appreciate this service.
