Bad customer care , bad customer service russells (botlokwa) %

Bad service... I would never never again make an order from a russells store... A washing machine paid cash at russells botlokwa matoks in plk on the on 19-October -2020...to be delivered in Johannesburg... Today 29th october 2020 still not delivered... Called customer care on ***00 times where by today im told the item was signed of by who i dont know... Given a number to call *** for the 100th time aslo im told stock is the problem... 12 days after full payment of item not yet delivered... The worst service ever in my life... Iv beeing buying online and iv never came across this..
