Bad customer care and unprofessionalism

A very bad customer experience I had at Russels Middestad mall in Pretoria after I returned faulty goods to the store, that was after they failed sending someone/a technician to come asses the goods. The rudeness of one fat Ndebele lady there is unmatched. One could swear they own the store. So unprofessional in a way that I ended up not following up on the matter and stopped paying for the goods which I had already surrendered to them which got me in trouble with the credit bureau. Today I'm unable to get credit because of failure of the staff at Middestad mall Russels to do their job. I've never in my life got such I'll treatment from a salesperson. This may be a while ago now but the matter is still affecting my credit life. Now I am in the process of settling a unwarranted debt with the credit bureau whereas my goods are not in my possession. So basically I'm paying simply because I signed a contract when making the purchase, but as for the goods after this I doubt I will get. The poorest customer service ever. The *****ed salesperson by the name Jeffrey who sold me questionable goods is in no way different from a *****!!! I can write whole book about this matter but no I just felt the need to put it out there that if there is any furniture store whose employees are so unprofessional, lack courtesy and loud it has to be those of Russels Middestad mall.
