Bad Client Service

I purchased 2 recliner chairs they had on special... as they had no stock they would find stock and have it delivered to the store. To secure my order I had to Pay a R100 call-it a layby fee, which would be deducted from the price when they arrived...<br> When I went to go and pick and pay for \my"chairs. I was informed that the chairs were sold to someone else who needed them urgently. As a result they could not find me similar chairs anywhere in the country...<br> So How can the chairs be sold again if they are sort of sold already to me. """
