BAD CLIENT SERVICE

HI. Today @ 9:00am I went to Russells in Elsies River, Cape Town, and while in the store saw I coach which was part of the marked down items and priced as R999. I informed the sales lady who assisted me, that Im interested in buying the coach. At the time I did not have the cash money available and then left. I then after 15min.call the sales lady im going to take the coach and will come back to buy it, she must keep it for me, on which she agreed to do so. at about 13:20 I returned to the shop, and went to where the coach were standing. While standing at the coach, another lady came as in running to me, informing me that the coach is already sold. I asked her when and to whom. She who I assume is the manager, told me the coach were sold today, but couldn't show me any proof of purchase. I then informed her, I was there earlier the morning and spoke to a sales lady, who told me I can buy the coach. the manager response to me were that the sales lady did not informed her about that. My unhappiness is that its not my problem that they did not communicate with each other and therefor feel I must received prevalence w.r.t the sale of the coach. hope u can assist me in this.
