Bad bad service with unprofessional stuff

I made a fridge layby at Mayfiled square, which was priced R5499, after I was done with payment, they noticed that, they putted the wrong price on that fridge but I was never told, how much is the correct price, the management Makgotso, said I can leave with the slip of the wrong item they will fix it and send me an sms, around 18h00, I received an sms, confirming layby cancelation, when I knocked off today,I went to the store to ask, they told me that it has been activated again and I asked why didn't I get the sms, they told me it's been delayed, I requested the sms, Makgotso came and took my number and before printing the slip, she told me that the price was wrong and I asked since she said they activated the new layby but the sms delayed, who did they discuss that with, she told me I was told, I asked who told me, and she shouted the cashier asking if I was never told that the item had a wrong price, and the cashier shouted back saying I was there when they discussed it with Sbusiso who helped me of which the price was never mentioned, I asked the item with the price I saw, Makgotso told she can't give me with that price, and I requested for the cancelation, she help with the cancelation her friend on the phone with face full of attitude, she thanks me after before I leave I asked when would I get the money she said 7 to 14days and I asked why didn't she told that, she said she was not finished but she was already back on the conversation with her friend on the phone. Is this how the your customers being treated. I need someone higher than her to assist me with this, I got all her conversation on my phone while she was busy with her friend while assisting me with cancelliation. We really do deserve treatment like this.
