Bad bad bad service and rude staff

Have baught a lounge suit cash from Russels Kuruman. I am not satisfied with the couches and returned them for a refund. Now they tell me it can take up to 21 day for money to be paid back to me. It is not acceptable. I paid cash and they did not wait for money. I expect the same in return. Why should i wait for my money.
