Bad bad bad service

I brought a TV at Russell's furniture shop Sky city an it had a faulty I returned it to be fixed and I also gave them a remote when I got back the TV they did not give me a remote they said they missed placed they will call me it's been to month now going there I got the worst service they just don't care even the manager was looking at me as if am crazy man she did not even care to attend me they only answer I got was the don't know where they put my remote now am stuck with a TV I can use because I don't have a remote and I spent a lot of money to go there and not get any help
