Bad attitude

We bought a fridge cash at Russells furniture uPhongolo branch and on third day we returned it because it was not working and the store manager said he will take it to the manufacture and he'll call us within three working days but didn't until lockdown, on level 4 an SMS was regarding payment of account and we went back to the store and we recieve a very bad attitude from the store manager of which we left with nothing whatsoever.
