Bad attitude

I bought a TV stand online, the following day, I asked that they changed it because it does not fit my furniture and give me another one, I was told I will be paying penalties, I said OK, however when I further scrutinise the product there was a lot of scratches and damage that we did not notice, when reported this on the 8th day I was told you should report on the 7th day. Mind you I have another big account with them that I am paying, I really, really disappointed with this. Now I stuck with a damaged product that I don't even like in the first place.
