Bad after sale service at Russell

Russell furniture at KZN Newcastle, theku mall, I bought coffee table last year December they delivered a badly damaged coffee table upon my immdiate complain it took the store a month to come n fetch the table for fixing, n it has been with them for more than 6 weeks now been calling them to return it with no joy, im thinking of approaching small claims court for a refund, pls stay away from Russell furniture, period
