awaiting over a year and half for feedback

So I have left a complaint here before and still not receiving any feedback on the disgusting broken lounge suite I paid 15000 rands actually more f or managers came to my house three weeks ago promised to call back the same day and nothing I'm going the legal route I'm sick of Russels pathetic service they have given me and please don't give me another REF nr that's not going anywhere
