Arrogance and zero customer service!

Absolutely terrible service and customer service.

I payed for a Sealy King size bed Cash at the Russells in Sabie on the 25 of May, and was told delivery will be in 14 day. 14 Days came and gone, went in store and they told me I must phone head office - who in turn could not help me! and said I must phone the supplier. Went back in store and they told me "oh, I dont know???" Like really? After a fight was put up and I insisted on getting my money back, did they come up with an answer, Tuesday the 25thy of June? A MONTH LATER? Phoned today and they could not give me an answer as to what time my bed would be delivered. Phoned me at my work at 4h15 and told me I have to go in store, just so they can tell me "oh sorry, eish, only tomorrow before COB? Why must one wait for a whole month, phone warehouses and suppliers one self, deal with arrogant sales and MANAGER ladies who ends a call on you, just to get an "EISH, sorry?"

Totally dissapointed in Russells JD Barnetts service and will not ever use them again! No customer service what so ever!
