Appalling service after unusable bed was delivered. Horrible service!!

ORDER NUMBER : #*** I ordered a single bed online and it was delivered on the 19th April. When I opened the new purchase, I was shocked to find that the base did not have the required opening to insert one of its legs! This is really unacceptable, now we have a bed that cannot be used because of this poor workmanship and zero quality check! I have emailed and called Russells and JD, they ignore my emails and when I called I was promised that someone from the warehouse would get in touch to rectify this mess. No one had contacted me. What poor workmanship and even worse service! I regret buying from these *****sters!
