Annoyed AF

I am still waiting for my refund.

They have been saying I must check with my bank and they are telling me different stories about when it was processed. It's almost a month now since they said they have processed it.

At first they said they have done it on the 9th of April and It was done on Monday(the 16th of April) and it takes 3-5 days to clear... Still NOTHING! Another lady called and said it was done on Thursday(the 19th of April) and it takes 3 days according to her but still NOTHING!

Can you tell if I am ever going to receive it or not?
