Angry customer 😡😡😡Russells is abusing me and my rights as a customer/client

HelloPeter please help I bought a couch in Russells month of March then week 3 of purchase the armrest broke I reported it basically the entire couch looked like there’s a factory fault I ended up asking for my money back and they refused and said they will fix where it’s damage I declined that and asked them must I take back a couch that is of poor quality back and be stuck with it,they kept quiet made numerous follow up still nothing

Fast forward they called last week and told me they wanna deliver back the damaged fixed couch and i refused and reminded them that i specifically said I’m not interested in taking something that has faults within 3 weeks of purchase

I also went to Russells Bushbuckridge Mapulaneng where I bought the couch to my surprise it was closed as “Russells “ without being informed as a client I kept on making follow up through WhatsApp from Nomonde who work there but still no way forward I emailed again and again and I keep getting your matter is being escalated till present and I’m tired

I WANT MY MONEY SO I CAN BUY A COUCH
