Angry customer

On the fourth of june 2020 i bought a bedroom robe and a couch online, on the 10th i received the robe only and i tried calling the department to enquire about my couch as ive not received them.no one is bothered to attend to my complain.never buy from russels furniture they are a ****.they ate my money and no one is answering my questions
