Aircon

I was promised a 12000 BTU Aircon for the Price of R6999 and received a 9000 BTU for R6999.<br> I was told that the 9000 BTU was R6499 and advised that I should rather take the 12000 BTU for R6999 after receiving the aircon and noticing at home that it is a 9000 BTU I went back to store to tell them but they told me it is not there problem now. She said it is the suppliers mistake, i have done business with Joshua Doore therefore I feel Joshue Door should take ownership of what they advised me to do and provide me with the product and not blame the pricing on the supplier. I made a decision based on what i was advised to do from the sales lady.
