Advertised product that is not available!!!!!

Russells has advertised a product on all their websites and catalogues but neither of their stores has this product, then why advertise it? when I call their stores I am told this product is in Mpumalanga region no one is willing to help me get this product. why advertise something you don't have all around Gauteng??I want the complaints department to call me and explain this to me and resolve my issue.
