Added benefits **********ly added to account

I, Mr AR Wentzel, purchased goods from Russells in Pretoria West June 2014. I was asked to sign blank documentation and was advised it will be filled out later so that the sale could be rushed. Unaware, I signed the documentation, only to find that after the sale had concluded, additional charges had been added onto the account. On top of this the documentation signed does not add up. On the 'Elements to Credit Agreement' it states \N/A"for the Goods insurance"
