Accounts not to original agreement

I took a television on hp for a period of 30 months at R995.00 per month. In this time my account was paid on time <br> and i also paid R1000 (R5 extra each month). Now with only my last instalment due they say that my balance is R1051.00. How is it possible for me to owe more than my instalment with me paying the R5 extra. Called Head office speaking to an agent who is clueless. Also i paid for a club book for R24 a month which i never received.<br> i went in to the local Joshua Doore branch and spoke to the Manager who said that its out of his hands has this<br> is an account issue with Head Office. I'm a Pensioner and its really disturbing that they keep passing the buck
