Account settlements

O want too settle my account with russel furniture and they just taking time to give me my settlement letter. First they call me asking me if there is something they can do to stop me from settling. Then now they keep having excuses for not giving me my letter. So feed up with them, now I really wanna settle don't want to deal with them again
