account settled

Good day<br> <br> i took a tv stand, table and a lounge suite... they never delivered the tv stand.. after three weeks of waiting.. i went back to the store.. cancelled the tv stand and paid the table cash... i m only left with the credit of the lounge suite which is R8500.00.. first debit order went off of R1236.00.. after a week i receive a call thanking me of another purchase i have done..i went back to the store only to find out i have two accounts.. the cancelled account it is still active.. they then cancelled again but i was told i have to wait until the 2nd of the following month as the debit order is already in place for month and it cant be cancelled now.. second debit order went of R1236.00, went back to the store.. i was told it was cancelled and the amount of R2492.00 will be transffered to the account... i then went to the store settled an amount of R8800.00 that was in august... total amount paid is R11292.00 but im still owing R1100.00... so please help me with this.. account more than i have already paid.. every time where i go to the store i cant find help.. this account settled..
