account oppend on my name using ****** ID

My name is Henry Fourie I got a call That I owe money on a account that I have with Russels. I have never been to any of the stores to open any account. My I'd book was ******. Somebody went and used my I'D number to oppen account on my name. That is ***** against my name and I would like to have the matter sorted out asap. As I will be opening a case of ***** if no body contacts me from the head office.
