Account not paid?

Apparently I haven't paid my account since August15. i pay my account every month, in fact I pay more than the amount due. I'm very offended by this phone call. I understand it's the guys job to follow up on overdue accounts but it is also your job to make sure you have a reliable, up to date system. If I have not paid them I ask the very simple question: where is my money?
