Account in arrears

<p>A couple of months ago i posted a review about joshua door and how my payment disappeared. Well this time around my account is apparently in arrears this after i deposited the instalment directly into their account. I've called the call centre a number of times and as before the phone is being put down in my ear. I am at my wits end and now it's time to lay a formal complaint to the necessary bodies.</p>
