A very annoying service rendered

I made a purchase of mattresses and bases. I have 1 base that was not provided and as such I made contact et the store and their complaint department. Unfortunately I was unsactifactorily assisted as they don't want to give me my base as paid or refund back my money. I'm wasting money n time trying to sort this out but I'm not being assisted in any manner my child need to slp on the floor because some out theiere is not doing right by customers-Ref number for a call I made to their complaints department is ***
