A month later still no wardrobe

im writing on behalf of my mother who has been sent from pillar to post by Russells, Pretoria. My mom bought a wardrobe for her helper of 20 years. The wardrobe was delivered to the helpers house unassembled. Since neither my mom or her helper can assemble furniture, she called Russells asking them to assemble it. They promised to come and they did. They however took the wardrobe to go assemble it. A week later the wardrobe wasn't returned. My mom called the store spoke to the manager called Magda. She informed her that the wardrobe was at the warehouse. My mom asked them why it was taking so long, they mentioned nothing about the wardrobe coming unassembled or taking it away to be assembled. A week later she called again, Magda did not have new information. She decided to call head office to complain, she was referred back to the store. To which Magda said its at the warehouse. It's been a over a month and my moms helper still does not have the wardrobe that was fully paid for
