8 Months Down and no sign of my side mirror

I purchased a bedroom suite last year April (2015), my side mirror was broken on delivery i called them and they said they will come collect it. They finally came to collect the side mirror in July (2015).<br> <br> I still have not received anything from Russells not even a phone call from them. I called the branch manager (Jeffrey) where i purchased the bedroom suite, he told me to come and collect the side mirror myself. Now I have to organize transport and take it home.<br> <br> Every month end they debit me but nothing is happening. I will never ever go back to them. <br>
