5 YEARS AND STILL REQUESTING PAYMENT

hello,<br> <br> My mother purchased 3 items, she was self employed in 2009 in 2013 she became unemployed, she informed the store, they kept on calling her, speaking very rudely, her account was handed over, a debt collector used to collect money at our gate. Its 3 year shouldn't the insurance on the account settled this matter but they keep coming to our house although we have informed them my mother does not work.<br> <br>
