30 days and counting

<p>I had a lay-bye agreement with Russells ( Chris hani Crossing, Vosloorus) to the value of R8000, which i cancelled a month ago. I was promised that i will receive my refund after 72 Hours by the store manager, a month later I am still waiting for my refund. the worst part is that i have been to the store 4 times and everytime she tells me that the guys at head office do not respond to her email nor answer her calls. It has been 30 days and I have no idea when I will receive my refund. the Ombudsmen stipulates that i should receive my refund within 14 days of cancellation.</p>
