3 seater couch quality

I am really not happy with the service receive from Russell's. I purchased a couch last year and the quality of the couch is deteriorating I then logged a query with them till today no one has contacted me, it's been 2 months everytime when I enquire I receive a message that my query has been escalated and will be contacted soon
