3 Seater Couch not yet fixed

I have asked Johua Doore to come and collect the 3 seater couch wich was broken on the one side as well as the material got damaged due to bad craftmanship. The couch is reclinable.<br> It is a month and a half and the couch is yet not fixed. The Branch I bought it from is doing there best to get it resolved but there call centre and supplier is not doing there job. I want to take this issue to the Ombudsmen to be resolved due to that I am not getting results. I had enough and paid expensively for it and it was a cash sale.
