3 piece miami genuine leather recliner lounge suit

I have been complaining for a year and 5 months...regarding my lounge set stitching that went loose..no one can find my complaint on the system...I havebeen there more then 8 times..no one comes back to me..they have all my paper work..but no on3 can find anything..I paid almost 25000 for it and still paying on it..I owe them 3700 and did not miss one month or any laye payments..they want me to pay for the repqir..how can I write orf 25000 just like that if im still pying on it.it was still under guarqntee 2hen I put in the complain..I would like it to b3 repaired or fix..please help me..they are fast to take my money but cant find anything on the system...im fed up..we all work very ha4d for our money..I have 5kids under 8 years to suport..I dont have xtra cash to pay fo4 someone elses mistakes
