have an account with russells I called them for settlement letter because I was struggling to pay since am no longer working, they sent it and I paid it the same day, after one month received a call to inform me am behind with a payment told the lady who was calling there must be a mistake since I have settled the account I can't be in arrears explained everything and sent proof as well until they picked up the made a mistake on their side by sending me someone else account, so it was obvious I had paid a wrong account, they promised they will move the money from the wrong account and pay mine, the problem is that am receiving calls from debtor collectors about this account, am in arrears because of their mistake need assistance with this account Reference ***
