Hi my mother Laybye a bed at Salema and when she went to take out the bed they told her that thw money that she owed is more than what she's expected to pay now she wants to cancel the laybye and they are telling her that she cant take the money without 3 months bank statement and ID what is that.... Russell is a failure of a business you guys can't treat your customers like this please help my mother😭😭😭😭
