Purchased a bed from Russells in Randburg in Dec 2023, called the store on the 08/05 spoke to the store manager Mpho, sent her screenshots of the bed and no response, followed up today with the store only to find out that the store manager has moved to another store and did not log my complaint. Russells doesnt have a problem taking our money but employ staff who are so *********** that cannot assist customers with complaints/issues.
