NEW couches overdue Repair!

<p>I bought couches at Joshua Door in December. Three weeks later the couches began to tear, just beneath the arm rest.</p> <p>I reported the damage and the couches were collected and taken in for repairs.</p> <p>The process took less than a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think two/three weeks later, the damage become worse as the couches were not fixed properly. I reported the damage to the store manager at the Protea Gardens branch and he contacted the repair center. It took about a week for them to come collect.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been about three weeks now and we have not been contacted regarding the status of the repair. I am now paying for something that is A) Not good quality and B) that I do not have.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a first time furniture buyer and I don't think that I will return to JD again, if this is how their after sales are.</p>
