Hifi Corp - Park Meadows

<p>I bought a TV cash between December 2014 and January 2015. There is now a problem with the TV, however the TV is still under warrantee. Unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt...I have found a receipt but over time it has faded so badly, that you cannot make out what is on there. I have called the store and gone in to the store to ask if there is any way they can trace the receipt as in the past slips were emailed through. I however, never received an electronic copy of my purchase and asked if there is any way they could check using my email address, there could possibly have been a typo as I never received it. They Sales manager then told me they have since changed systems and unfortunately cannot help me, unless we know more or less when we bought the TV. I then told him it was between late December 2014 and early Jan 2015, he then told me know the exact date we bought the item, In the event he gives me another client's warrantee. I then called the call centre and mentioned to the them I still have the box, they said I should take it to the store...Which I did, then we were told that won’t help because they don’t neater serial numbers on to their system...They then said I should provide them with TC license and ID number and from there they will try and locate the transaction,. I sent this through, the manager Pule assured me he would get back to me within the day and by no surprise he did not. I called again and he said he was so busy, he forgot and now handed it over to the Sales Manager. Currently because the TV license was not purchased at the store...There is another problem, this was never specified all they asked was for the TV license. I have tried countless times calling the customer care, ***, the store ********** , the head office ********** . But no one can help me. I am fed up with their pathetic and inefficient service I have received. The store manager Pule also no recollection of the sequence of events.</p> <p> CAN SOMEONREHELP ME???</p>
