So much for great service

what a total disappointment , took my girl friend and her family for dinner , her favourite restaurant , service was good when we arrived at 7pm , place was quiet , ordered drinks and starters , starters arrived same time as the drinks , kids were starving so no complaints , we had cold garlic snails , not once but twice , how is this possible , the snails we had last time were in a creamy cheese y sauce , this was a watery white tasteless sauce , horrific , ever tried a raw snail .in a cold milky tasteless sauce , that will put u off ure meal for sure . order prawns for main , high hopes ! cold rubbery prawns in a tasteless white sauce that was so hot that it almost burned my fingers trying to eat . only microwave cam warm like that with out burning milk . called the waiter , told him the food was not of standard , and there went the service , the manager didn't even bother to come ask why i sent the food back , paid the bill of almost R1000 , and left , my girl friend goes to see the owner , oh , come back with full party and pay half , *** ! i dint even eat last time , now i must spend more money . i don't think so ! your food sucked !
