Disgusting treatment on Xmas Day

<p>I booked a table for 4 on 3/11/2016 and the restaurant confirmed with me telephonically on 19/12/2016 but when we arrived at the restaurant well before our 2pm sitting I was told that I didn't have a booking although I could clearly see my name second on the list in the booking book. The manager was extremely rude & unhelpful just throwing his hands in the air and telling us to leave. He eventually offered us a table outside but as it was raining & my mother is a frail 84 year old we had to decline. This experience really ruined Christmas for us. I have tried continuously to contact the owner but to no avail</p>
