Cornelius Joseph poor contractor

Cornelius Joseph is not a good contractor. I have to spend thousands on redoing the mess he made with the waterpipes, sewerage pipes and water leaks. So much so that the new partitioning and new kitchen cupboards sufferred major damage, and the room is constantly flooded. He is not interested in fixing this after he received his money.
