********** deposit required

On the 12th March 2015 I app**** to view an apartment in Madison Square, Morningside which was advertised on Gumtree. Mr Joseph Henny asked for (and I paid) a deposit of R4500.00 in order to secure the apartment. On two consecutive evenings I sat outside the apartment building waiting for him to arrive so that I could view it.<br> <br> On both occasions he did not arrive and had some excuse for this. When trying to contact him via email there was no reply and his cell phone is now off. I just want to warn anyone stupid enough as I was to pay this amount, to realise that this is ***** and to hand this gentleman over to the authorities.<br> <br> I hope that if he reads this he will have a change of heart and return my deposit.<br>
