SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY AT BOTLHABELA VILLAGE 2

I have been a loyal rental paying Tenant of Botlhabela Village 2 at Alexandra Far East Bank from 2008 until February 2020, I have stopped paying rent because of the following. 1. Service delivery None an Void from 2019 November it turn out worse I have complaining nobody cares. Block I where I reside Toilet leaking run to the floor when you flushed reported to Tendo Site Manager was fixed temporary and went back an report again did not do anything, This year Jan I called Joscho office Lady in the name of Nadine answered I complained about the same problem and told her if not resolve I will not pay rent instead I will go and get a plumber an get it solve and she assured me that she will investigate an get back to me to date she has not. I got plumber an got toilet fixed. The yard of Botlhabela grass is like a field last time cut was 2019 June, Botlhabela 2 does not have cleaners paid by Joscho anymore Cleaners only empty dustbin only paid by Johannes City Council, Joscho is getting subsidy from Johannesburg City But there is no Service delivery rendered at all.

Now we are more frustrated with Covid 19 as we have to wash hands frequently is 3 Months now we don't have water during the day we have to get up 4am to get water otherwise by 7h45 waters is finished no one has the answer for the problems Joscho want Tenants to pay rent.

The service that we get is the annoying threatening message on the mobile from Joscho every week that read as follows"Credit record Alert: Your February rent has Not yet been paid, Your TPN record adversely affected: phone *** for more info. Do not reply to this.

HOW DO YOU REQUEST MONEY HENCE YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY IS SHOCKING

JOSCHO MUST GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE REQUESTING RENTAL PAID FROM TENANTS.

I AM SO DISSAPONTED WITH JOSCHO THEY TREATING TENANTS LIKE THEY ARE DOING THEM A FAVOUR WE DESERVE BETTER LEVEL OF SERVICE TO PAY YOU RENT.

THE SITE MANAGERS THAT STAY AT THE GATE YOU DONT BOTHER TAKING TO THEM THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND WHEN YOU RAISING ISSUE WITH THEM ARE VERY SUPRISED AS LONG AS THEY STAYING COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR FAMILY WITH NO CHALLENGES THAT WE ARE FACING.
