Unhappy client for extra demands over initial quote and refusal to refund

I wanted 5 point-of-lay pullets for a backyard check coop. The supp**** a very reasonable quote for the birds and delivery which I was happy to accept. I did have trouble making contact after the expected date of delivery. Then suddenly their couriers demanded money for insurance with some complicated scheme where I would have to pay a refundable deposit. This was not mentioned in the initial quote.

I then asked for a refund, which they refused to give.

I see that their account has now also been suspended by their website hosting provider for https://www.josephlivestocksptyltd.com/ so there might be other financial issues going on there.
