Bad Management of Jornaley Court Flats

It has been almost 2 weeks that we do not have electricity. The tenants reported it to the Management team...... NOTHING was done. Then one of the tenants had to drive to 'City Power' on is own time and cost to get a reference number, that number was forwarded to the owner and the Management team....... and up to date we haven't had as much as a phone call, e-mail or any update of what is happening!! This is going against our HUMAN RIGHTS !! And yet, at the end of the month they will expect their FULL RENT ..........
